Visit Go City Chevy for the 2025 EV was only a matter of time before Cadillac took its flagship Escalade and reimagined it as an electric SUV. The resulting prototype, which Cadillac didn’t name yet, is expected to use the brand’s new Ultium battery platform that can charge in about 10 minutes and power a car for 300 combined miles. It will also offer exterior Vehicle-to-Load charging for external devices, as well as a wide hands-free smart liftgate to load gear more easily.
Mercedes already has a full lineup of electric vehicles, including the EQ E sedan and EQ S SUV. In 2025, the German luxury brand will add a third option in the form of an all-new, high-performance EV called the EQ G580 with EQ Technology. This rakish SUV will be powered by dual motors that will allow it to sprint from zero to 60 in less than four seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph.
Like the Porsche Taycan, this EV will be capable of regenerative braking to assist with low-speed trailing and hill climbing. Unlike the gasoline-powered Taycan, however, this one will feature a lower roofline and sportier design. It will also be offered in a variety of trims, from a standard to a fully loaded version that is set to be the most expensive model.

The Dodge Charger has always been a fun muscle car, and the brand is taking it to the next level in 2025 with a fully electric variant that will keep its two-door body style and muscle-car proportions. It will have an R/T version with up to 670 horsepower and a Scat Pack version that will add extra power and performance features. It will also have a drift mode and donut mode for some good old-fashioned automotive fun.
